This morning.

I saw the coyote! It was just for a second. I was busy with the WORDLE when I looked up for a second and there she was skirting along the fence line moving towards the paved path. She shook off some snow as she went along there. Then she was gone.

A couple came along then with their little dog off leash. I thought to run out there and warn them. Then I thought, better not. The coyotes need to be left alone. Some people get so freaked out at the idea of coyotes running loose that they may instigate a panic.

So, what else. As my neighbor Mary says, “So much is happening “! We can’t take it all in at once. LA is burning. Snow has blanketed Atlanta. Don’t even mention politics.

Right here, right now, I slept well. A real snow fall is upon us. It’s beautiful. There is heat in the radiators and strong coffee sweet and creamy. I’ll go today to a pizza party for a friend’s birthday. Better get showered and dressed. There’s gas in the car. I’m not drunk and the bills are paid. Can’t ask for anything else.
