Shadow & Light

Somehow in the face of such horrific news coming at us at a pace that is almost incomprehensible we must hold onto our truth, our knowingness that there is light and beauty all around. Shadow and light hold space in the same moment and we hold steady. In moments of overwhelm we can return to our breath. Be still and breathe in light. If we have passed into freeze we can lie still and rest. We will rise with renewed resolve. Stay strong my friends. ☮️💟🕉️
